Yoga for Women in the Community. The Adult Yoga Class is being offered at Latrobe Parks and Recreation. 901 Jefferson St. Latrobe PA on the 3rd floor in the Parks and Recreation Building in Council Chambers. There are Two 6 week Sessions that are being offered. The First Session Started on 6 4 2013 there is still time to register and The Second Session starts middle of July to the end of August. The classes are Tuesday and Thursday Night at 5 45pm for 1 hour and the fee is 48 58 for the 6 week session. To register call (724)537-4331 or go to latrobeparksandrecreation.org. The class is for All-Levels from a beginner to yoga to a more intermediate student. Options are given to everyone. So come and register and learn a 2000 year old Mind-Body Practice that will help you relax and revitalize your mind-body-soul. Class is taught by a Seasoned Instructor with 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and is registered for 500 hours with the Yoga Alliance.
