Accountants One has been hired to find a Staff Accountant for the Charlotte NC Area. This company is in the process of growing. The < b> Staff Accountant< b> will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for < ul> < li> Month end close procedures including account reconciliations and general ledger adjustments< li> < li> Preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP< li> < li> Journal entries and reporting< li> < li> A P and A R< li> < li> Account Analysis< li> < li> Providing assistance and making recommendations regarding budgets pro forma calculations and resource allocation < li> < ul> To be considered for the role the < b> Staff Accountant< b> must meet the following criteria < ul> < li> BS in Accounting or related field< li> < li> 4 years of accounting experience< li> < li> Experience in Banking industry a plus or from public accounting firm that has auditing experience< li> < li> Ability to multi-task< li> < li> Strong interpersonal skills< li> < li> Exceptional communication skills< li> < li> Minimal supervision< li> < li> Strong analytical skills < li> < li> Knowledge of GAAP< li> < ul> Compensation for the < b> Staff Accountant< b> role will be based on education and experience.
