Sadie is a 7 to 8 year old Golden Retriever Labrador mix who weighs 40 pounds. She is a laid back go-with-the-flow kind of dog who will make an excellent companion or family pet. She loves her soft fluffy toys and is great with kids cats and dogs. She s the kind of pup you can take with you anywhere and makes an excellent co-pilot on car rides. Sadly Sadie s mom is losing her house and has to find a new home for Sadie and her other pets. As a senior Sadie would have a really tough time adjusting to life at the shelter and a very slim chance of getting adopted which is no way for this loving girl to spend her golden years. It s heartbreaking to witness an owner having to let go of their beloved family member and it s tough on the pets who are being uprooted too. Sadie not only lost her home and human family but she leaves behind her canine pal Stephanie and her kitty friends too. Sadie s new foster mom reports that she is a very loving and affectionate dog and she s never had a foster dog open up or bond to her so quickly. She confirms that Sadie is good with other dogs on leash takes treats gently politely shares the water bowl and patiently sits while she puts her in ear drops in. It doesn t get much better than that folks. We are committed to helping Sadie find a loving family. She is such a sweet dog with a great disposition.
