Our Mission Noble Leadership Academy provides educational excellence in a safe and nurturing environment. We make every effort to challenge educate and support our students in recognizing their full potential as productive responsible faithful and contributing members of our society. Noble Leadership Academy is dedicated to excellence in all educational opportunities. Noble Leadership Academy will prepare our students with the critical thinking skills necessary to thrive in the 21st century. We aim to provide our students with unique educational experiences that are rooted in the development of each individual student s personal leadership capacity. This will sustain them as life-long learners and empower them with the social excellence needed to become active citizens in the global community. Philosophy Implementation Noble Leadership Academy is able to quantify their academic success through the implementation of Data Driven Instruction. What is Data Driven Instruction Data Driven Instruction is the use of data from assessments to inform our teachers about the strengths and weaknesses of each individual student in their class. Our teachers structure and modify lesson planning in order to directly meet the needs of our students. Scores on assessments translate into skills that need to be revisited and reemphasized. Feedback Mechanism In building Noble Leadership Academy our goal was to construct an organization where parents were involved and playing an active role in their child s classroom. For this reason we created an email oriented system in which the staff and administration are able to easily communicate with each parent. Each teacher is required to send a daily reflection in which they not only explain what they have accomplished within the classroom for that day but they inform the parents of what the child has for homework as well. This creates an opportunity for parents to have a meaningful conversation with their child about what they are learning in school. In addition to this parents are able to directly discuss their child s progress with their teacher. Noble Leadership Academy advocates an open door policy. We encourage our parents to constantly provide us with comments constructive criticism and feedback on how we are running the organization. By working together as a team parents administration and staff are building a strong foundation for the organization to grow. Organizational Structure Noble Leadership Academy is not affiliated with any masjids private groups or organizations. We have established a checks and balances system to run our establishment fairly. Our Board of Directors oversee the running of the school at a macro level which includes but is not limited to financial responsibility expansion projects and ensuring that the original mission of Noble is not compromised. All day to day decisions are the responsibility of our principal as well as our teacher leader team.
