Do you believe in magic Well of course Because I M MAGIC And with a wave of my wand I know you ll fall in love with me. Foster-mom says I have a lovely calm temperament & personality really expressive eyes and a deep soul she can get lost in I don t know what that means but she loves to look in my eyes. I m about 5 to 7 years old a nice size at 30 pounds not too big and not to small I m a mixed breed probably with hound as the primary breed and I m ready to join YOUR FAMILY I came here from Missouri with my friend Blackie and we ve been together ever since. I was a little sick when I came so I had some medicines & I had to be quiet for some time. I can t wait to run around the back yard. I don t feel or act sick so it s been hard to be quiet & patient but I m really good at that. Blackie & I get along really well with my doggy foster-brother. We go for long walks play with toys then spend afternoons in the sun together on the windowsill. I don t bark a lot and I m really patient & gentle. There aren t any kids here but foster-mom thinks I d do really well with them because I m good at gentle & patient. I m not aggressive with people or dogs even about toys & food. I do chase their cat (but I m learning not to). I like squeaky toys and soft toys to chew on. I don t chew on the furniture & cushions - just toys. Mom s teaching me some good behaviors like EASY (on leash) WAIT STAY (at doors crosswalks) SIT WAIT (to get my leash on) it s hard work. I also learned to go potty outside not inside. Foster-Mom says I really behave well in my kennel. I have my toys & blankets to make it comfy. I snuggle in there when Mom s at class but when she comes home wheeee it s time to go out for a walk which I LOVE to do. Sometimes I sleep in my kennel and I like to listen to opera & jazz when I m sleeping. It helps me feel safe & calm. Foster-Mom says I m confident around people & I trust them. I LOVE to get smoochies & GIVE smoochies. I also love to do snuggles on the couch as long as I m at her side mom s happy. Walks are my most favorite thing (other than meal time) & I m always ready to go I love to smell everything & I m not in a hurry when we walk. I like to meet people & dogs when we walk.
