Harley. Once again a dog is smarter than me Harley and I had a little discussion this morning since she decided to escape the backyard once again last night She s too smart for her own good. It s so hard to get on to her when she looks at you like this....what s a foster mom to do She was at the adoption event Saturday and a very nice couple wanted to ask me more questions about her. So here is what I told them... She a Rottie mix as you can see with her color and markings. If you ve never owned a Rottie before then you ll have to be prepared for a 2 year period of them being destructive when they are not in your sight. They will tear things up possibly eat sheet rock and like to chew on cabinet doors. But if you make it through the first 2 years you will be blessed with one of the sweetest breed of dogs ever. Wish you could have seen the look on their faces...LOL Harley is just about a year old and longs to have an understanding home that will keep her busy and be willing to kennel her when they can t keep an eye on her.
