Our property management company is ranked in the top 20 largest company owned PMCs with locations throughout the U.S. A Studio Attendant is a skilled housekeeper maid. Studio Attendant s work a 5 or 6 day work week from 9 AM- 3 PM 25-30 hours per week. They perform routine guest room cleanings mainatin public areas (lobby hallways stairwells etc.). Studio Attendant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs stand bend and kneel. Work is steady schedule is set since we have long term guests (average guest stays 5 weeks).
