Job Summary Under limited supervision performs duties following established procedures in the following areas Essential Functions Solicits orders for product over the telephone. Calls existing customers to explain products offered suggest related products quantity discount or special promotions. Record names account numbers purchases order numbers and reactions of prospects solicited. Process orders and documents transactions using keyboard and computer applications. Resolve customer concerns by obtaining information through computer applications and interaction with internal departments calling customers back with correct or new information.
