Purpose Provide administrative support to the daily operations and activities of the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Job Functions 1. Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) Department with the closing process of M& A deals including closing coordination liaison and binder compilation 2. Responsible for creating and sending all tenant and ground owner notifications post closing of an acquisition 3. Create folders and binders for new M& A transactions 4.
