Josie is a beautiful red roan mare Quarter horse. She stands at 15.1 hands. Josie came to HAHS malnourished and very nervous. Josie has filled out nicely and is learning to trust people. Josie is still nervous about being handled at times and she has arthritis so she would be best suited as a pasture pal for an intermediate handler.
