Solomon a 13 year old Timneh Grey was relinquished to Humane Society of Pikes Peak Region in CO Springs after 18 months living with the last owner who said that she couldn t afford to pay the pet deposit required for her apartment. The good folks at 911Parrot Alert notified us about this bird s stay in the shelter. Shortly thereafter Solomon was transferred to us and was transported by a long time member supporter and volunteer to our aviary and adoption center. We re excited to see how Solomon responds to a life shared with other Greys and providing this bird opportunities to find a home that to welcome her into a new life.
