Bookkeeper - Night Auditor - Compensation: 22,000/yr

Lutz Land O Lakes Resort is seeking a bookkeeper night auditor to work Monday thru Friday from midnight to 8 00 AM. Responsibilities will include reconciling POS server reports (sales credit card charges checks cash) on a nightly basis preparing bank deposits maintaining petty cash importing daily activity into Quickbooks and verifying the accuracy of daily transactions. The position also includes assisting the controller with Quickbooks activity journal entries and reconciliations along with being the only office person on the shift (answering phone gate entry and contacting needed personnel for unusual events).
