Eddy VNA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in our Columbia Greene Counties.. The Occupational therapist will work in home care settings assisting patients with performing daily living tasks and maximizing their ability for all functional activities in their home environment. Will assess the home and make suggestions on how to adapt the layout to address a patient s needs and mobility issues. Additionally will help patient secure other services as needed.
