Hyattplace Garland is currently seeking a Lead Banquet Cook reporting to the Executive Chef. Position Summary Supervises and coordinates back-of-the-house (BOH) operations food preparation production management of the team kitchen organization receipt and storage of items maintaining of storeroom areas cleanliness of BOH (including from the back door to the dumpster) and equipment.
