Sugar is a bird for an experienced bird person. She was a rescue parrot and is cage bound . You can get her out using a fish net then she will sit on your shoulder and be friendly and playful.She laughs hilariously coughs sneezes and sings. She doesn t really talk but is very vocal. She is used to living with a dog and likes a varied menu of seeds fruits vegetables.I ve become allergic to her that s why she is being rehomed.
