Lucy and Murzik are now ready to go to that perfect already established financially independent and stable residential and employment secure educated and intelligent smoke free with no other cats or dogs kind caring and loving family. Will not consider situations with roommate(s) dorm college campus apartments lonely students living away from home unstable home dogs in the home or family with kids under 6 y.o.. If for any reason you are not happy with them you must bring them back to us . We love them and don t want them to go to any shelter or end up on the street. We will take them back These cats are absolutely perfect and precious in every aspect. It breaks our hearts to give them away but we physically cannot handle so many cats. The cats must be strictly indoor cats and must remain inside home at all times. NO declawing. Although they are siblings they have very different characters.Lucy is 1.6 y.o. She considers herself an older kitten. She is Hypoallergenic sweet beautiful shy timid reserved quite nonintrusive unobtrusive careful cautious yet playful and loves to socialize on her own terms and be brushed. She loves to be petted but not picked up. And she loves to be in control of the situation. She behaves like a mature wise older sister but plays like a baby with her brother. Murzik is 6 months old and is a purring darling tractor. Very beautiful affectionate energetic flies and jumps runs after bouncy balls yet delicate afraid of loud screams loud noises and tornado sirens loves to be handled played with held petted brushed. He is a cat and a dog in one. His ears fold he is soft and delicate like a cat yet he sniffs everything like a puppy and with his little triangle on the nose looks like a Huskie. He seeks affection all the time loves to sleep on the lap and hold the hand with his paws so receive continuous stroking and caressing. They both have great appetite eat a great variety of foods but do have their favorites. List will be provided.They both tolerate nail trimming. But you have to be very gentle and comforting when performing the action. A security deposit of 120 must be placed in escrow account. of the deposit will be returned to you every three (3) months until all paid out during the 12 month period. Must provide us with by-weekly pictures and emails about well-being of the cats . If for some reason you decide to return the cats to us the balance of the security deposit will be refunded to you. Valid state ID and a bill confirming your residential address must be presented at the time of the adoption. 2.
