Commercial Lines litigation and NY Labor Law experience is highly preferred. This position may be filled at the Trial Attorney IV or III level depending on the experience of the selected candidate. JOB SUMMARY Provides representation for clients on complex and or high-risk legal matters. Reviews and evaluates assigned cases. Prepares and tries cases in all courts and agencies.
