AKC girl german shepherd 9 months old

My name is jesse i have a 9 month old AKC registered german shepherd girl named jasmine i have had her.since she was 10 weeks old she is crate trained house trained and knows basic commands she is awesome with kids i have two kids of my own and another little bundle due soon sadly i can not give her the attention she needs and i dont have a big enough yard for her to run around in so i am selling or rehoming her to someone who can give her attention she would be a great K-9 dog with the right training or a great guard dog.
