Special Needs puppy in need of forever home

We are looking for a home for our sweet Theodore. He is a 10 mo old border collie jack russell mix. We rescued him from a high-kill shelter with infected bite wounds he was all healed up only to find out he has elbow and hip dysplasia. We are hoping to find a loving family that can take care of him medically and with a lot of love. He is house broken and crate trained and knows basic commands. He must be in a home where he is the only dog.
