1. Obtain and maintain recommended training certifications (e.g. CPR First Aid Crisis Management Medication Administration Fire Safety etc.). 2. Learn new curricula and facilitate training. 3. Conduct ongoing staff training facilitating activities skill sessions and discussions. 4. Provide coaching and feedback to training participants. 5. Provide leadership and management of the classroom. 6. Assist in tracking staff attendance at training. 7.
