UPDATE Cricket s beloved mate Annabelle passed away on 6 21 and he grieved and missed her and really appreciated the special care his foster volunteer gave him through the rough times. Now he has recovered and remarried to a sassy little Birmingham Roller named Marty. They are a sweet and gentle couple.Hello my name is Cricket. I m a handsome King pigeon that was found trying to survive on the streets of San Francisco. I m a domestic bird That s so not cool Something terrifying grabbed me and when I escaped ripped out all the feathers from my back and tail Hah At least I got away but ouch I was lucky to get to the shelter and in time all my feathers have grown back. I m very glad because I have a striking black tail of which I m very proud. I felt naked without it I m a super lucky bird because when I was taken into foster care by MickaCoo I got to recuperate next door to a pretty pigeon named Annabelle... You guessed it.
