Revi and her long time companion Bernard have been together many many years - long before they came into TGF s care from an owner-illness situation that included 13 birds. The hisotry of this pair is that at one time they were producing babies one of which resides with TGF too. Their owner was once a small time bird breeder in Colorado Springs and due to age and illness his entire flock was relinquished to us. Revi and Bernard don t ask for much and have watched the world around them from the inside of a cage for many years. They d enjoy gazing out of your window climbing carefully in and out of the cage taking in some good bird food meals including almonds pellets fresh vegetables greens and some fruit and taking some soft wood chewables apart. Shredding phone books is a real treat for them. We d be so happy for them to share their days with a person family or friends who can enrich their lives.Bernard recently injured his foot and is unable to put weight on it.
