I have two ADGA-registered French Alpine bucklings currently available. Both come from a clean CAE CL negative herd. They were bottle-fed as kids were raised on coccididosis preventation and have been disbudded. Both are tattooed and will come with ADGA papers and a performance pedigree. These two need to go ASAP With breeding season about to go underway these big boys need to find a herd in which they can be of use. He is extremely level over the topline (even in rut) with good length though he could be perhaps a bit wider throughout. He has very good depth of body for his age as well and is smoothly blended throughout. His feet and legs are strong. His dam is from a very slow-maturing and extremely heavy-producing line. She has good width in the rear udder excellent expression and strong feet and legs. While her udder attachments have been significantly weakened due to managment issues on our part several years ago she is still an impressive doe and is well on her way to earning her Superior Genetics award. His depth in the rear barrel is very good for his level of maturity. We d like to see a more balanced front end assembly however which is the main reason he is priced lower than his paternal half-brother above. He should throw some absolutely gorgeous mammary systems His dam is a more recent addition to the herd from Patteran Alpines and is a grand-daughter of SG B Goodwoods James. A young immature first-freshening doe we are loving her udder Tightly attached with good width and height and wonderful expression we are looking forward to seeing her freshen a second time in 2017.
