Cashier - Compensation: $10/hour
Cashier needed for busy Van Nuys furniture store. Please type at least 35wpm and be computer savvy for point-of-sale transactions. You would need to be friendly with customers and learn product knowledge on the job. You would also cross-train as a sales associate. That not only helps us cover when we are shorthanded it enables us to promote from within so that would be good for you. This full-time job includes both weekend days so your days off would be during the week. On the weekends our store is open Saturdays 10-6 and Sundays 11-5. Employee benefits include discounts on furniture. Requirements --Type 35wpm --Available full-time including Saturdays and Sundays --Point-of-sale computer experience would be helpful but not required. --Minimum 18-years-old
