Sonny came to TGF from a 13-bird surrender due to the owner s ill health. He originally acquired her and a mate to breed them for the retail pet trade. Sonny has blossomed in the 3 years she s been in our care. Her feathers are gorgeous she s animated curious and likes her bird friends too. Sonny responds so well to positive reinforcement and treats are a valuable motivator for her. She s smart and very clever and using her toes nails and beak she is a skilled toy disassembler which keeps us busy. We would be so happy for Sonny to find an adopter - she certainly deserves it.
