Theo is a great dog He spent several weeks in our Shy Dog Program but the shelter sounds and smells were still too much for him and his ear infections so the shelter reached out to Friends of the Shelter for help in changing up his environment and offering him different social environments to explore while treating his ears. Theo now spends his days in day care and slowly warming up to visitors at a vet office and his nights playing at home with his foster brothers and sisters as well as his foster mom. He is now ready to meet a family of his own and settle into a more normal routine a journey that was only made possible by Friends of the Shelter and a foster home. Not just any family will do though - Theo will need someone who is aware of his fears and willing to give him the extra time and space he needs to feel comfortable .... For Theo trust must be earned. He is crate trained and housebroken too. No kids under 12.
