Rosa is a genuine lap kitty and is certifiably sweet. This lovely little lady is unsure of herself with the hustle and bustle of the shelter and is sensitive to the loud noises and dogs barking but offer her a warm lap and she s all yours. She would likely do better in a home without dogs or at least with a cat-friendly dog and a patient family. Her large pale green eyes are impressive.
