Position Summary Provides assistance within the Loan Operations area to ensure lending compliance as stated in Gateway Bank s Loan Policy Manual. Position will be cross-trained for Processing Documentation and Booking of loans. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processing Order flood determination-if in flood zone send notice to customer and complete flood worksheet. On renewals re-certify. Obtain all required insurance and complete worksheet ensuring proper coverage for new and renewed loans. Prepare checks and submit payment for disbursements and invoices for loan expenses.
