Looking for rental/rent-to-own/l and contract. - Price: $600

We are a family of 9 7 children (4 adopted) and ourselves. We are looking to move to the Louisville area this summer. Currently we are in a 5 bedroom house and we would like the same. However we would consider a 4 bedroom if it has two bathrooms and yard space. We are not interested in any property over 600 a month and we will paint clean up and do light repairs to prepare house if needed. For land contracts we would like to pay 5-10% down and have payments less than 600. Thank you for your time and consideration. Alison
