This position requires full time availability- nights and weekends. The average shift is 9 00am-6 00pm with Wednesday and Sunday off. Also must be willing to work in a fast-paced high pressure environment to meet project deadlines. Communication skills are vital to work with diverse personalities within the organization and provide professional interaction with clients as necessary. Job Description (More detailed job responsibilities will be provided upon request) Manage staffing situations (hiring scheduling and payroll) in conjunction with Regional Manager Manage multiple projects simultaneously Maintain flexibility when faced with changing priorities Provide accurate reports and updates to our clients and project managers Effectively manage the staff to ensure production levels that are needed to meet our clients goals Manage and train the staff to ensure quality data and valid work to our clients Adhere to all corporate expectations Position Qualifications Ability to read and write English Familiarity with computers Ability to perform simple mathematic equations Ability to use simple office machines such as calculator fax machine scanner copier etc. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 15lbs periodically Reporting relationship Reports to and takes direction from Regional Manager. Job Environment Job will be performed predominantly within an office in a retail mall setting. At times off site jobs may be performed and the environment will subsequently be different. Minimum Requirements BS BA any experience a plus Proficient with Computers Technology Microsoft Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Power Point Knowledgeable with Email High energy motivated and team oriented
