Let me tell you a little bit (pardon the pun ) about me. I really like hanging out with my people sitting beside them on the couch watching TV getting cuddles and having my tummy rubbed. I must also admit I spend a fair amount of time sleeping. I do get excited however when my foster parents get the treat bag ready and put my harness and leash on. Then I know it s time for a WALK In fact right after dinner I go and stare at my foster dad to let him know I m ready for my evening walk. I try to sit patiently at the door waiting until they tell me it s OK to go out. I am told that I am an excellent loose leash walker. I hardly ever pull and I look back at my person frequently hoping for a treat When I pass a person or notice another dog in the distance I stop and look with my tail wagging but then continue on with my walk. I know sit and stay very well and could probably learn some other tricks if someone taught me. I m not much interested in playing fetch with the ball. As a matter of fact if you throw it you will probably have to go pick it up yourself. My favorite nighttime sleeping arrangement is on my foster parents bed. After kissing them good night I move to the foot of the bed where I sleep all through the night. I am very housebroken and will let my parents know when I need to go outside. I also come when I am called. My foster family tells me that I m one of the sweetest dogs they have fostered and very easy to manage.
