She was found wandering the streets searching for food in a south Texas town. After she was picked up by the local animal control she was transferred to a high kill shelter where she was at risk for euthanasia. Luckily the shelter recognized that Daisy had a loving spirit and deserved a 2nd chance and they reached out to us to save her. Daisy ia a Yorkie and Poodle blend and approx five years old. She weighes 10lbs. Daisy is quiet and initally shy. But she quickly bonds with her caretakers and is very affectionate. She lives in a foster home with other dogs and is respectful of them. She is house trained and quickly learned to use the doggie door. Daisy is heart worm positive but has started treatment with doxycycline and Advantage Multi....
