Description Demonstrates expertise and knowledge in orthopedic and neurological cases. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and patient for each procedure. Demonstrates knowledge etiology and description of detailed procedures and correlating instrumentation involved with advanced ortho and neuro procedures. Stays current with new techniques and mentors the staff. Scrubs in cases to assist the surgeon and to mentor new staff to these procedures.
