Lab Mix to good home

I have a lab mix (not sure what she is mixed with sorry). I got her off of craigslist for 150 about 3 months ago. I recently became a single parent therefore I have to get a job. I have been leaving her outside a lot to go job hunt and lots of appointments so she has not been getting a lot of attention like she was when we first got her. Her name is Willow and she comes to her name for the most part. The people I got her from told me her birthday is 12 31 2014 so she is only about 6 or 7 months. She is good with children and a cat. Not sure how she is with other dogs. She is a hyper puppy but a good puppy. She has NEVER had her shots or seen a vet because I have not had a chance to take her yet. She will come with a bag of food toys shampoo a doggie brush a collar and leash 2 sets of food dishes. I am asking a rehoming fee of 50 to assure she goes to a good home. I live near Crawfordsville so would be willing to meet you in Crawfordsville.
