Poncho came into the Out of the Woods program as a stray who was dumped with who we believe is his mother (Gracie also for adoption). Poncho is about 7 months old and enjoys other dogs. He weighs 40 pounds and we expect him to be around 50 pounds when full grown.Poncho s mom is a 40-pound brindle colored dog with a black tongue. We are not positive of her breed she basically looks like a black lab with a brindle coat. From Poncho s markings we believe his dad must have been a very handsome shepherd.Poncho has lived his entire life outside but would love to find a home where he can be just one of the family. He does enjoy being around people and children and when a storm is moving through he would really like to have someone to cuddle with Poncho has been full vetted (neutered heartworm tested wormed rabies shot and yearly vaccinations).
