Adoption fees include necessary vaccinations a microchip testing (FeLV FIV for cats and heartworm test for dogs) and spaying neutering of every animal that is adopted from our facility. If the animal is too young for sterilizing the adopter is responsible to see that this is done. Once we receive confirmation that the adopted animal has been altered a refund will be refunded ( 75 for dogs and 40 for cats).... More Info
