Ability to work with confidential information regarding customer files requiring extreme discretion at all times. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers employees customers and the general public. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from managers employees customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form. Ability to define and analyze problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to effectively deal with problem situations involving both personnel and processes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel repetitive motion of hands wrist stand walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The general work environment is characteristic of a normal office environment. Position may require mandatory overtime. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three to six months of monitoring experience. Previous telephone work experience. Accounting experience preferred.
