Spitfire is a gorgeous classic tabby with striking markings. Don t let her name fool you she is really a loving cat although slightly shy when you first meet her. Maybe she was wild as a kitten but if so she has calmed down a lot. Because Spitfire has been declawed on her front paws she will need to spend her life as an indoor only kitty.When you take Spitfire home give her a small quiet room to get adjusted to her new abode. She will need to have her food water litter box some toys and a tepee or igloo type bed that will maker her feel more secure. Plan to visit her often in this space getting to know her. Playing with her or offering her some yummy treats can speed the bonding period. When Spitfire seems happy to have you enter the room and is curious about what is on the other side of the door you can let her slowly explore more of the house under your careful supervision.
