Also included is a foam mattres and small center pad The model number is 5310 IVC It has the remote to raise and lower the bed. It is in good shape. It comes with the head board foot board as well as the side rails. Everything works fine. It has four locking wheels. It has the manual crank to raise and lower the entire bed The electric remote is to move the upper part of the bed or the middle part for additional comfort. I can deliver the bed to the Flagastaff area for 100.00 or you can pick it up and save this amount. It will require a pick up truck or trailer and or possible a van.
