Found Dog Border CollieShepard mix

Found Dog Older looking well fed female looks like a Border Collie but could be a Shepard Mix. Black and White. Found on Saturday night 4 23 14 at around 10 00pm. Found on Hot Springs Rd. about 7 miles (maybe more) before you hit the post office and hot springs resort going North East. She was running in the pouring rain and thunder storm. I didn t have the heart to leave her running in the pitch dark in the middle of the road and middle of no where in the pouring rain. I was able to drop her off at the Lake Isabella Animal Shelter. Unfortunately I never got a good frontal picture but I do have this one from behind. She had a flea collar and old tannish collar but no tags. Please spread the word to help me find the owner.
