I have 3 bedrooms for rent in a very large house with a huge back yard. One room has a 1 2 bath and that room rents at 375.00 per month. I am seeking female applicants only. This is a sober environment and smoking is only allowed outside. All utilities cable and wi-fi are included. The house is a ranch home with a second two story addition built on. My family resides in the second addition and the rooms available for rent are in the ranch section. You may have your bedroom furnished or not and each bedroom has a closet and windows. The kitchenand laundry room will be shared by everyone however the ranch bathroom will be shared only by those living in the ranch section as we have our own bathroom in the added addition. There is a separate refrigerator for the renters along with a separate pantry. This is a relatively quiet atmoshpere and we are seeking tenants who prefer a quiet lifestyle. We also are looking for tenants who take pride in where they live and will keep their living quarters clean along with cleaning after themselves after using the shared common areas. There will not be overnight quests due to respect towards all in the household. The ranch section also has a living room and a den and the laundry room is off of the den. Criminal background check will be performed. You must be employed with verified income (pay stubs and job verification form) or financial aide verification if you are a college student. The deposit is 150.00 and the application fee is 25.00. We do have a shih tzu dog who is old and laid back and never has barked in his 9 years I wanted to mention that if you have allergies.
