Lizzy - Female Chihuahua Mix

Lizzy is 3 years old. NOTE FROM A FOSTER Lizzy is a very sweet cuddly girl. She loves her people and foster brother and sister. She does get along with the cats but will chase then on occasion. She is doing much better with her resource guarding but will still growl if she is under a blanket or in her crate and you try to touch her. She is learning that if she is trying to protect a lap she gets put down so she is better with that now. She walks fine on a leash and likes her walks but doesn t like to go too far. Busy streets and loud big trucks still scare her but we live in a fairly quiet neighborhood so she s okay. I would not recommend small children just because if they startle her she might nip. She also gets nervous if you try to pick her up suddenly so she needs to know you re there to pick her up. She really is a cuddle bug and loves to be touched and petted and if you stop she gently paws you to say keep going please ... More Info
