Roommate wanted for CWE central west end apartment. Very nice! -

We are a SLU law student and a pharmacy school grad students looking for a 3rd roommate. We are friendly and respectful non-smoking and try for as little drama as possible.The bedroom is on the smaller side but it is fully furnished and comes with a closet desk and bed. Kitchen is fully furnished with table for dining dishwasher oven microwave and plenty of utensils.There is an in-unit washer dryer. The living room is furnished and includes a fireplaceThere is an additional dining room that is partially furnished and a sun roomThe 3rd roommate will share a bathroom that includes a tub Parking is on a safe gated neighborhood street.Utilities are not included and they are a gas electric and internet bill. The most it has ever gone was 80 person but is usually around 50 personWe would prefer someone respectful quiet and tidy. professional and who will pay their rent on time. We are hoping for someone who can sign a lease for a year starting in July 31 2013. The room will be available March 1st so if you want to move in next month that s fine too
