Fleet Landing a premier non-profit continuing care retirement community located in Atlantic Beach Florida seeks a full-time Lead Painter to join our Remodeling Services staff. Minimum 5 years experience in related position skill including 1 year supervisory experience required working knowledge of standard surface preparation and coating methods & techniques. Working knowledge of OSHA & EPA regulations concerning painting. Ability to comply with all established methods quality standards and time schedules applicable to position.
