Found Orange Tabby Cat - Injured or Dead

I found an orange tabby cat injured dead on the Lake Hills Connector Road heading east in Bellevue between Factoria (Richards Rd and 140th) with a blue collar. I have the collar but there were no ID tags on it. I moved the animal to the left shoulder of the road onto the plants grass etc. (in otherwards off the road). I assumed the cat was dead but not stiff but used my gloves to move it but did not pick it up. I petted it alot and cried. I took pictures of the animal from every angle with my cell phone but unfortunately do not know how to unload the pictures onto my laptop. The time I found the cat was around 6 30-6 50 am today (4 17 15). I have placed phone call to all the usual numbers but no one is open this early. It s 8 00 am now so hopefully I ll be getting a few call backs. Joanne (425-922-1514)
