Missing Doberman May be hurt

Our Dobie got out of our yard last night. A neighbor hit him with his truck then our Buddy just kept running and we haven t seen him since. Another neighbor saw him walking around said he looked fine but left a bloody footprint. Its not like him to stay away from home so long. He is Black and brown weighs about 85-90 pounds ears and tail are cropped. Please help us find him. He is sweet loves people and kids and us.
