Missing Chihuahua

I have a small brown Chihuahua weighing about 9-10 lbs he is a male brown and has been missing for about a whole week now since the 9th of this month. My Chihuahua has a black snout and he is a Deerhead Chihuahua. My dog may have been wearing a black harness when he got lose. If anyone sees him could you PLEASE do anything it takes to catch him with food or something I don t want my baby getting hit by a car. My Chihuahua got lose around the Silverstar Hiwassee area.
