Grounds Keeper/Part Time - Compensation: $11.00 an hour

Apartment community needs a experience Grounds Keeper. Person to perform wide varitey of general and preventive task. Strong customer service skills are essential as the succesful applicant will be working with or arond residents and other employees. Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting equipment the ability to climb tall ladders and work in inclement weather conditions. Applicant must be able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude. Duties including but are not limited to Maintain property a apperance including general exterior & common areas Remove debris from stairs breezeways and walkways Replace light bulbs furnance filters Shovel and remove snow and ice from designated areas Must be able to operate various snow removal equipment & lawn equipment blowers power washers etc. Your duties will include general janitorial duties dusting mopping cleaning restrooms re-stocking supplies. Must have swimming pool maintenance experience & knowledge of pool chemicals cleaning pool and deck. Must have a least one year grounds maintenance experience Must have your own vehicle Must be able to provide a clean police report if hired Hours are Monday Wednesday Friday 8 00 A.M. - 4 30 P.M.
