BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE Training of new Technical Support Representatives (TSR) utilizing standard training procedures as outlined in the kgb TSR training manual. Train new employees on new and existing markets. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Prepare and deliver new hire training classes. Prepare and deliver continuing training to call center employees. Coach and mentor call center employees. Ensure that accurate records are maintained. Review and understand data from reports. Develop training skills of those assistants.
