He must be out of at least half of his 9 lives by now. At the MEOW Adoption Centre Kelby has settled in nicely. Kelby has made many wonderful feline friends and you will often see him snuggling with another kitty. He loves to visit with the voluteers he sees on a regular basis. Kelby is ready to settle down for good. MEOW Foundation is a registered charity and humane society with a no-kill mandate. We facilitate the adoption of the stray and abandoned cats that we rescue into new loving permanent homes. We do our best to ensure that our cats will be matched to the best possible homes based on their personality history habits and individual needs.
